Account & Data Deletion Request

PigPig Game respects your right to request the deletion of your account and saved gameplay data.

1. Deleting Data In-App (Instant)

If you have the PigPig Game application installed on your device, you can delete your data immediately:

1. Open the PigPig Game app.
2. Tap the Settings (⚙️) menu icon in the upper portion of the screen.
3. Select [Account Management] → [Reset Data / Delete Account].
4. Confirm your request in the confirmation popup.

2. Requesting Deletion via Email / Web

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can email our support team to request permanent data deletion:

3. What Data Gets Permanently Deleted

• GameCenter / Google Play Games linked player profile identifiers.
• Farm level, building upgrades, and PigDex collection history.
• Cloud save data, virtual currency balances (Coins, Gems).
