Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PigPig Game mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by the PigPig Game team ("we", "us", or "our").
Article 2 (Acceptance and Modification)
By downloading, installing, or playing PigPig Game, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in compliance with applicable laws.
Article 3 (In-App Purchases & Virtual Items)
1. Virtual currency (Coins, Gems) and in-app items purchased within the Service are billed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their payment policies.
2. Virtual items are non-transferable, non-refundable except as provided by store policies, and hold no real-world monetary value.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Modifying game files, hacking, memory editing, or utilizing unauthorized macros/cheats.
- Impersonating developers or attempting unauthorized access to game servers.
- Exploiting bugs or system errors for commercial gain.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
All copyrights, trademarks, artwork, characters, audio, code, and designs associated with PigPig Game are owned by us. Unapproved commercial reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

제 1 조 (목적)
본 약관은 PigPig Game이 제공하는 모바일 게임 서비스 및 관련 제반 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제 2 조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
1. 본 약관은 서비스 내 또는 웹사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 회사는 필요하다고 인정되는 경우 본 약관을 개정할 수 있습니다.
제 3 조 (인앱 결제 및 디지털 재화)
1. 서비스 내 유료 콘텐츠(코인, 보석 등)는 앱 마켓 결제 정책을 따릅니다.
2. 구매한 인앱 콘텐츠는 해당 계정 내에서 사용 가능하며 현금 환금은 불가합니다.
제 4 조 (금지 행위)
- 게임 클라이언트 개조, 메모리 조작, 매크로 또는 승인되지 않은 프로그램 사용
- 타인의 계정 도용 및 시스템 오류 악용 행위
제 5 조 (지적재산권)
PigPig Game의 모든 지적재산권은 당사에 귀속되며, 무단 복제 및 배포를 금합니다.
